When are personal data collected?

Why and what personal data is collected?

Our goal is to have job mediation take place successfully. For this we need your personal data. But of course we only process the data that are necessary for achieving our goal.

  1. When registering our candidates we collect:

– Date of birth; – Sex;

– Training and courses); – Desired professions;

– Availability data;

– Copy of ID certificate applies when we agree an employment contract.

We do not need more details to be able to mediate you to work.

  1. If you go to work through us, we also collect a number of (special and sensitive) personal data. A number of these can be derived from your identity card. We collect your:

– Nationality; – ID proof;

– Birthplace; – BSN;

– Bank account number; – Marital status.

As an employer, we have a legal retention period of the above data to meet our obligations.

We process your personal data in any case. In addition, your personal data may be processed for other related purposes, for example to promote your personal development and employability (eg training and educational purposes), for quality purposes (certification) or to apply for subsidies or to comply with legal obligations that rest us etc.

 

What information do we provide to a client and / or third parties?

If you have given us permission to mediate you to work, then we are allowed to provide your personal details to potential clients. In doing so, only the necessary information is provided, so that (potential) clients are able to assess whether they want to invite you for an interview and find you suitable for the position they have available.

Which information is provided to a potential client?

– Name;

– Residence;

– Sex;

– date of birth or age (if and insofar as relevant);

– Training (s) and course (s) (if and insofar as relevant to the position);

– Work experience (if and insofar as important for the job).

Provision of personal data to third parties takes place only on the basis of a legal obligation, or for the performance of an agreement (yet to be concluded) or if there is a legitimate interest.

 

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data as long as this is necessary. We apply the applicable, valid, statutory retention periods for this.

  1. From the moment you register with us, you give us permission to mediate you to work. We store your data for a maximum of two years from the time of registration. The moment you inform us that you no longer want to be mediated to work by us, your data will be anonymised directly in our system from that moment on.
  2. If you have worked for us, we will keep most personal data during the legal obligation to keep your data. This applies, for example, to data contained in the payroll and salary administration, the copy of your identity document and the payroll tax declaration.

Which data of business relationships do we process?

We process personal data of those involved who work for companies, with whom we do business with the main purpose of maintaining or building a business relationship and concluding and maintaining an agreement.

The personal data that is processed is limited to the data that are necessary, such as name, contact details (telephone number and e-mail address) and functions. These data are not kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which these data have been collected, in which the applicable laws and regulations are observed.

Matsch Student employees only have access to the data, which they must have for (the execution of) their work and / or to comply with the applicable laws and / or regulations. In addition, a confidentiality clause has been agreed with Matsch Student employees.
